The Living Sovereign Charter

The Living Sovereign Charter of Nigeria.

A campaign charter proposal about popular sovereignty, local development, electoral integrity, and education. Review the draft articles and sign locally to create a personal certificate copy.

Draft Campaign Charter Articles:

All legitimate political authority emanates solely from the collective will of the sovereign populace. Any governance framework that divorces itself from transparent ward consent forfeits moral and constitutional validity.

Constitutional Footnote & Judicial Reference:

Grounds democratic authority in the inviolable consent of the governed, ensuring every representative acts as a strict fiduciary of the civic trust.

The wealth derived from land, commerce, and natural endowments shall prioritize local municipal renewal. Each Local Government Area retains statutory rights to develop localized economic infrastructure without bureaucratic veto.

The ballot box represents the supreme manifestation of civic intent. Every citizen holds an affirmative duty to defend electoral collation processes through peaceful, disciplined, and technologically verified observation.

The state shall treat digital infrastructure, domestic manufacturing, and scientific research as sovereign defense imperatives, investing national surplus into generational technical mastery.
